I bought a camera Canon 1500D from amazon. in on 26 Jan 2022, I got it delivered on 29 Jan 2022 but unfortunately the box I received whose seal is broken but the amazon package is completely fine, as I open the box the camera found is different from what I ordered I.E canon 1000D that is used one along with the used lens. the product I received is completely unoperational and then immediately I put up a request for return/replacement and then I connect with one representative of amazon they said I cannot raise the request I can transfer this call to the concerned team as I spoke to that person they asked that he raised an investigation regarding this and I need to connect with them on 1 Feb 2022.
I request you to please help me in returning the product
