I have ordered 4 shirts worth 1199 through Vintagor website.
But I received 3 shirts which are completely defective. Sharing one picture for your reference.
I tried calling the Customer care, they are speaking in Hindi and declining the call while I speak in English. They are seems like fraudsters. I ask them like can you speak in English then they replied that “if you’re not able to speak in Hindi, why are you living in India”. Which is not the way support guys speaking to their customer.
I talked to a guy called Krishna Varma (Results from Truecaller). He’s asking phone number and UPI PIN to proceed with refund payment. Asking me to install different applications.
I have their phone number and WhatsApp number. I don’t whether I should paste their numbers here are not. Once I received a reply on this complaint, I’ll provide their phone numbers in the mail thread.
I hope it will be resolved.
