I have ordered lenovo ideapad slim 3 10th generation. Intel i5 from amazon on 19th february, but received a wornout and old LG VCD player instead of original product. I have registered a complaint on 21st feb regarding this to amazon and also sent them photos of damaged product. They registered my complaint and said they will investigate delivery and inform me about investigation report till 27 february. But they did not call me in investigation nor they call on 27 february regarding result. I called amazon customer care on 28 february and they replied that amazon will not issue refund nor will change item. According to them correct product is delivered. But I have video of unboxing of the product delivered.
