I order fire boltt smartwatch on Dec 5th 2023 due to some battery issues I asked to support team to exchange the product.
After 15 days I got the product but the product is different one which is not the same product what I ordered.
Now I raised the complaint that I received wrong product but again the customer care team said that I need to wait some time due to product is not available.
Because of this brand product I wasted my time and money.
