Text of Complaint by Sreelakshmi:

I ve ordered a full body stalking from Snapdeal and they ve delivered a halfbody stalking in place of that..I requested for the replacement and there was no intimation by email or SMS from them on the above request..other than I got a return reference no:5941148.

Next day they took the return via Delhivery courrier service(Courrier guy showed me his mobile about the intimation that he has obtained ..I haven’t received any email from Snapdeal) .I returned the product.

Now it’s been a week and no intimation or nothing about the status of the order..I have already paid for the same ..

They have a support message link in their page but whatever we send it won’t show ..and the chat box remains blank!!!

When enquiring the status of the order ..this is the SMS they send”

Dear Customer, We have worked on your delivery request and your order has been delivered. Hope you like your order. If you have any further queries related to the order, please respond to the email you received from us. We will be happy to assist you. Team Snapdeal”.

This is the only msg they sent for every enquiry.

It’s a clear case of online cheating…Please look into the matter and kindly don’t let SNAPDEAL loot more people.
