I Have Ordered with a Order No: 2616744430 on 03.10.2019 a smart Watch which was shown as MI Smart Watch 1+1 Offer and paid an amount of INR 2000 and they have delivered a duplicate watch showing as M4
After receiving the product i have tried calling many times to the customer care but they have kept a system of auto cut after one ring.
I have mailed around 4-5 times but no reply from their side.
Do Please help and how they are undoubtedly cheating customers and running their business in such grand way…

The Deliver received yesterday but Priduct is fake and only recd Speaker …
They are still going all out and advertising on Social Media and lot of complaints being posted with same comments
I would like to take strict action and want my money to be refunded back
