I had purchased a product from Shopify with COD mode worth Rs.899. After opening the parcel I found that they have sent a wrong and cheap product. I had sent a mail to them mentioning all the details and also the issue. Requested them to pick up the product back and refund my money. But these frauds have not replied back neither do they have any customer care number. Please don’t buy any products from Shopify. It’s a fraud website.
