I, Srabani Santikari(Customer ID: SHRI142511) had ordered for a ‘pack of 3 Front Cross Adjustable Side Buckle Lace Bra- M on 3/3/2021 for an amount of Rs.799.00 paid vide my husband’s credit card. A parcel was delivered by shadowfax/pikrr mentioning the same product but when opened found 3 bra’s of very poor quality and also of size extra small. Lodged the complaint with Pikrr but they couldn’t provide any solution as they are just the delivery agent. Please arrange refund of the money asap.
