I had 2 amazon accounts 1st my main account with amazon prime membership which was associated with my mobile number i e. 9999179149 and 2nd was with my email id diganinaveen@gmail.com, now I requested them on a call to close my account where my email id is associated and so not close the account where my prime membership is there, now I followed all the steps which the customer care executive advised me. Today I got to know that my main account has been closed and my prime membership is also closed and there is a one order i.e. lifelong gas burner which I need to cancel as this is LPG supported not PNG supported. Now nobody is helping me in retrieving my main account. Even they can’t see the order which I placed last week. Request you to help me to solve this issue, because of someone’s mistake I am suffering this pain. Looking forward for your positive support.
