Respected sir,

I had an information about credit card of payment payments bank. So, I called to paytm bank’s customer care service. Paytm service provider told me that Paytm First Subscription and Paytm credit card are the same. So I took subscription for Paytm First. I done the payment of 750 to buy it. I also attached the screenshot of payment information with this. But now I feel that It’s not the same.
Paytm service provider gave me the wrong information and I done the wrong payment. So, I kindly request you to refund my amount to my paytm Payments bank account.
