I have a postpaid connection of Vodafone, In the month of Feb’20 bill wherein wrong miscellaneous charge of 499 is charged for the NETFLIX auto renewal subscription.
Whereas I had deactivated the netflix on 1st day of start of the month. I had only taken the subscription for one month but vodafone has auto renewed the subscription for the subsequent month without any prior information, When I got the deduction message of netflix changes immediately deactivated netflix subscription through vodafone app but still the subscription charges are billed in my monthly bill.
When I contacted and sent a mail to vodafone they says they can’t remove it as Netflix is a third party. Then why are you offering your customer these kind of services if you don’t have a control of it.
I have availed the Netflix subscription through Vodafone not directly Netflix, so Vodafone is responsible for the wrong deduction of charges. So revert the charges immediately.
