Good Morning Customer Service team
My name is Rajan Agrawal i am using flipkart since 2013 and now i am a flipkart plus premium customer my query is that i have placed an order through flipkart application on 29th July 2023 and ekart delivered the product on 1st August 2023

Product Name – Marshall Emberton 20 W bluetooth speaker
But I received totally wrong product with brand packaging of Marshall its self
When I was about to order the product i have gone through flipkart return policy and it was open box delivery but when delivery boy came hể refused for open box delivery and i have also checked seller didn’t nớt provided me open box delivery
So i made unboxing video of product because there was doubt in my mind due to weight of the product at the time pf delivery
I have 2 times return request and twice rejected
I have shared images but they are actually harassing me by send the photos again and again
I am uploading the attachment of Product as well as Unboxing video of Product which I received
kindly Help me in that I will be highly obliged for this resolution
