Ok.. Lets start with the first order placed on 17th Aug 2022 and was supposed to get delivered on 18th however it was after doing multiple follow ups, neither the product was delivered on 18th nor 19th Aug. Finally I had to end this order and initiate fresh order by COD and I was not able to use my Rs 2000/- gift card.

Second order was placed for Redmi 9 Activ. I have almost called ~15 times to customer service however faced the same issue with the order and ended up product being sent back to the seller. I have been hearing the same monotonous statements by the customer service associates and even though it was escalated to logistics however, it was like throwing pebbles in the pond (no effect). No action was taken to have order delivered. Wasted my 3 days of time and efforts talking and listening to the same crapy statements from CS team.

Finally on the third and on-going order(ordered oaying extra amount of Rs. Approx 1000), facing the same king of issue with the product. For this as well, i have called and followed up with CS team and hearing the same dailogues and continued to wait for the order to be delivered. Worst customer service ever being received as a amazon’s prime member. I see a huge gap between CS team and logistics. I would have rather ordered it from competitor and would have received better service from them. Its just that i have wasted my Rs 2000 in the crapy Amazon’s Gift card.
Hoping to have someone to see the email and take a responsive action so that the order delivery commitments are fulfilled.
