I had raised a complaint on dog videocon on 14th May as the channels were not working. I waited for 1 month above raised multiple Complaints but no support i get.
Today is 15th June i fixed the issue from my end and as they promised once the issue fixed complain closed will refund the Recharge back so called them to same.
But they directly refused to do it and blamed me that I didn’t respond to calls when engineer visit.
I told them i I have proofs no one visits repeatedly i called but no respond but they forced me to close the complaint and disconnect the call when am talking also refused to refund it.
In 1 month i called them 50 times to fix the issue but after listening to these type lies i don’t think they are capable to open this channel.
- I just need my refunrefund I’ll not pay for such things I didn’t used at all.
