Merchant Name:Flipkart, Txn Amount:15742, Txn Date:14-Jun-2019, Disputed Transaction Card Number:4006676535780244, Nature of Dispute:Purchase of item, I have booked Vivo V15 mobile on Flipkart application on 14 Jun 2019. Amount of Rs 15742 is deducted through my SBI credit card. However the above mobile phone is not booked and amount is also not credited in the card after making many calls to customer care. They told that amount will be credited but still not done by them. I faced lots of trouble and having financial problem.
