Hi, I took a broadband connection 5 months back been horrible to nightmare of service from tata sky, their app works bad no action after numerous complains they never call or followup , getting speed of 4 Mbps for a 25 Mbps package and when call them and reach them after 25 mins they hang up or say they will fix rude customer service pathetic is right word I have lost my job due to slow speed and frequenct disconnections , top of that they charge a bomb around 1200 a month I recommend tata sky refund my money as I know I have lost job and I can’t afford it and I have prepaid for 6 months , no one should opt for these money minded company
