Dear Sir / Madam,
I have booked 2 rooms through yatra booking reference no YATM0006208591 for Mr father in law Mr Narain Ahuja &Shankar Ahuja – 20 days before from my check in date as when we enterted in Swarn paradise hotel the manager of the hotel clearly denied that we have not received any booking from fab hotels and hotel in completly full we are in position in allot rooms currently.My father in law traveled directly from airport to swarn paradise the situation is so embarrassing and i am very sad to inform you said the services and behiover of the fab hotels in very worst.
I have contacted the call center also for hotels but nobody has provided proper details to me and around 7 pm or 7.30 pm i have again contacted call centre madam called me up with the details and i have confirmed please book kiran inn hotel and she also confirmed that she is sending the hotel voucher details on given mail id and but we have received the mail and after some time i got a mail stating that kiran inn hotel in indore is sod out and rooms not avaible in sad property.
I really dont underatand the services which you are giving to your clients is fab hotels is having same services with all the clients if yes and i am going to file legal case against fab hotels to submit the explanation with all compensation.
Then i have booked two rooms in Hotel Crown Palace Indore Check in time 22.09 i am attachting all bills of the said day i have paid Rs 7594/- INR.
I want compensation for my amount ie refund booking amount + hotel crown palace billing amount as rooms are not avaible in nearest hotels and please check.
Because of this thing you guys have spoiled my image very disappointing to discuss such thing but i am ver much disappointed with such incident.
