Hi, I took a mobile prepaid connection 4 years back been horrible to nightmare of service from vodafone, their app works bad no action after numerous complains they never call or followup , getting 2g speed for a 4g
with 0.16 Mbps speed and when call them and reach them after 25 mins they hang up or say they will fix rude customer service pathetic is right word I have lost my job due to slow speed and frequenct disconnections , top of that they charge a bomb around 400 a month I recommend vodafone refund my money as I know I have lost job and I can’t afford it and I have prepaid them for 6 months , no one should opt for these money minded company , thinking of moving to Airtel and I will disconnect my 4 Vodafone numbers , service has become worst worst since merge but pathetic is their customer service who don’t care for users
