This is my worst experience with Zomato (order id 1245360296), I ordered through Zomato and the food quality I received from you is the worst. Samosa and Kachori were not hot. It seems that somebody directly packed these from refrigerator. Chole Bhaturey were stale. I am seriously fed up with the level of service received from your company. Please let me know what action you are going to take against this complaint. If you can’t handle this let me know to whom I should contact.
