i, along with all the jio customers in my area are unable to make/receive any call from mornings. Tried contacting the customer service but unable to even contact them as call drops on 1st ring only. situations like this keeps accuring as there is no one to look after their service they are providing to their customers.
i,therefore request the authority to please look into the matter very seriously as it costs our very hard earned money and not getting the service they are promising.
