Text of Complaint by Hind L:

I had used Flipkart Pay Later EMI facility offered by them for placing an order, and cleared the EMI amount even before that the bill got generated on 1st of next month, and once bill generated the outstanding to pay was 0.

To my surprise checking details of that particular order which was credited as a loan account, it’s reflecting in my credit history as there was no payment made since first month, even though I cleared all 6 EMI and closed it still shows overdue.

I have been contacting for this issue with my Play Later EMI account, but every single agent who has handled my call promised that the issue has been escalated & that I’ll get a call from backend team before 8th July which never happened..

I had also insisted to speak with a supervisor to provide info regarding Pay Later EMI processing but she said that only backend team can provide that information & that i should wait for their call

However, not that I didn’t receive a call from backend team also no communication regarding the same except unfulfilled promises by every agent I spoke to

The service quality is very poor & unfortunately my credit report got impacted with no resolution from flipkart end. Even when I tried reaching the financial institut under which the loan account was created they informed that flipkart should correct it from their end, the thing which I’m struggling with since past days.

It’s so disappointing….
