Dear Sir,
This telecom company Jio is unable to solve consumer complaint. I am tired of putting complaints through calls , text etc many times but company is consistently ignoring this and unable to resolving my problem. All Jio executives put my call on hold for long hours time rather than replying my satisfactory answer. I am mentally fedup by the behavior of this company. “DOES A SMALL CONSUMER HAVE ANY RIGHT TO ASK FOR THE SERVICES WHICH HE HAD PAID OF ? ” Jio is operated by a business tycoon and have control over the Governments and this Reliance Group influence easily all the regulation authorities.
Looking forward for justice…
