I have made book for my friend Esshma in ybm travels chennai to coimbatore on june 29 2022.
The boarding time is 10:40am near vanagaram toll plaza , The bus started at koyambedu at 10:31 and reached the vanagarm toll plaza around 10:48 and call me two time at 10:48 and 10:49 and i called back at 10:50 and said to wait for 5 mins i near to toll plaza , i will reach within 5 mins , he said the bus already started said the driver Karthik. He was even already late but can’t wait for 5 mins and said to if u can chase the bus and board or contact the office if they say i will wait and i got number from him and i contacted the office and speaked to the staff bharath he also said the same chase the bus …now bus already went far next stopping in pearugalathur so, wait in pearugalathur extra 10 mins i will be there but he said can’t. My point is he is even 10 mins late and he is saying you are late , not waited for us even a minute and just called and went and his way of speaking with passenger is not good .I haven’t read any rules for bus waiting time or if delayed it not wait , he said we will not wait , i have all the call recording and bus started and time screenshot and arrived time at my stop. My friend had emergency to go coimbatore, she missed the bus and waste of time and inconvenience for her. I want the full refund for my booking so, please take immediate action and proceed further or i can go with a case in consumer court under deficiency of service . Thank you
