Text of Complaint by Ankita Chaurasia:

I am writing to seek your help in resolving a problem that I am experiencing with Amazon . It is a problem that is causing me some concern and that I have been unable to solve without bringing to your attention. I hope in doing so we can deal with the issue quickly and amicably.

On 1st of June 2022 I have order 2product from Amazon and took Amazon prime for early delivery and charges benefit as per the given TAT it was shared 4 & 6th June delivery one product I have being received from Amazon as the delivery boy details was sms and mailed to be so he him self coordinated with me and delivered the product as u can see the 2nd product showing delivered to me on 6th June but same was not delivered as per the process I should have receive delivery person details on mail and sms itself but I have not received sms nor the product on said dated this issue I have being taken up with your customer service person leadership team member Rashmita I am trying to explain her that this product was urgently needed but same not received nor I have got any updates she suggested me to wait for the refund or the product will be delivered to you by 13th of June means a customers time is seriously not valuable for customer service team even she being a senior she is explaining me that this the only process we have.

I requested her to transfer the call to her senior but she said we cannot do you will get call back from my manager within 24-48 hours which till now I have not received. Complete concern is if a customer is taking a prime membership before ordering an item it should be reason that the benefits are more important and product need is much needed.

I have being highlighting her that 1- It’s a totally irresponsible behaviour from Amazon team that product showed delivery without customer consent taken there was no investigation was done with on this within 2 days of conversation I was having with customer service.

2-Amount should be transferred to me on immediate bases as Amazon has wasted my week time on this she again said that as per process you need to wait 4working days.

3-I asked her if I am asking you to raise a complaint against the same she denied for it.

The only sent I heard for 50mins was as per the process will refund ur amount or will delivery the product by 13th June 2022. In simple words Amazon customer service cannot understand customer requirement if I myself book a new product it shows me TAT of 4-5days only then what is the use of complaining or seeking help from CS why we should trust Amazon for help if this kind of attitude or process they carry where customer time and money both being wasted by Amazon without customer at fault.

I have worked with I group in customer service grievance team and still continuing my profession on same so I hope you understand how better I am aware about this all process.

Now my only request is to refund my money with Amazon prime amount & product or delivery the product on earliest it should be grateful if I get call back with the decision Amazon grievance team make, Also need complete details of investigation and your action on mail against the delivery boy and rashmita from leadership team.

As per the first executive it was clearly mentioned that now a days there are many calls getting land to CS team by same query where product delivery shows as status but not delivered to the customer that means there is huge gap in service delivery of Amazon request you to go through my case also get the call recording for more clarity and according make action against the same.
