I have never expected that Amazon will play such type of dissatisfied service with their customers, I have trusted and bought the TV from my hard income money but due to privacy issue from AMAZON side, I got a call from a scammer having all my details before the delivery of the product, delivery boy delivered the product in a worst way and called me to take the delivery 2 km away from the shipping address also the packaging was worst but at last AMAZON has crossed the limit with the TV installation service also, they are not picking my call and I am getting a mail from AMAZON that, customer wants to reschedule the TV installation service
Really it’s my life’s biggest mistake to go with AMAZON ?, AMAZON doesn’t thinks about their customers satisfaction at all, I just need to file a complaint against their delivery team, home installation service team & AMAZON’S customer support executive department.
