Hi Team,

I had faced loss of signal issue in my Airtel Broadband internet on 25th of July.I have raised a issue ticket by 25th July evening.It has been mentioned in the ticket that my issue will get resolved by the next day before 11 AM. But no updates given to me after that.I have been calling to the airtel customer care number for atleast 5 times a day.But on every call the same reply as that my issue will be solved within 24 hours is being said to me.But no updates on the status is being updated to me afterwards. It is a big hectic job to call you guys again and again and nothing has been done till now to solve the issue.It has been 4 full days completed now and nothing has been done till now. I can’t call you guys anymore.so I request you to terminate my connection. I will look for other good service providers in my area. It’s been a big disappointment from airtel side for not responding to my issue for 4 days. We are all working from home and all sorts of online classes are ongoing. But you guys are providing worst service to your customers.As I mentioned terminate my connection and stop sending me bills henceforth.
Also don’t cheat your customers by providing false ads in television and other social medias.
