This is the mail that i received from them 8 days back. Maybe 72 hours means 72 months. And no body is taking care of it. Not refunding my money. Now its not about the money but the inconvenience i have faced and about the wrong commitment they gave. Its been 10 days now but i haven’t got my money refunded yes. Nor they are considering this case as a escalated case. I have also worked in Support Team and i know how escalated cases are handled not even a call from them. |
