So I lost my sim card and when I want to Vodafone store to get new sim with that old number they told me that I will receive post paid sim and I have to pay 250 per month for unlimited calls and I cannot convert my postpaid sim to prepaid until 3 months, that cost me about 200 rs.
After three months I went to the Vodafone store to convert my sim but they did not had balance for recharge so I went next day that day also they did not had so I have to pay my bill from my debit card but was unable to pay from Vodafone app so I called customer care executive and he told me to pay using paytm ,
I paid from paytm but it failed and because of that I have to call again to Vodafone care and they said there is another to pay using Vodafone app so I paid. After payment Vodafone care executive sent request for coverting postpaid sim to prepaid and I received new sim and told me to wait 48 hours .
I called Vodafone care about 2 time to asked when I will receive msg of postpaid to prepaid process they told me to wait 48 hrs and after 48 hrs I received msg that my request for conversion from postpaid to prepaid has rejected due to outstanding balance , now I recently called customer care executive regarding this and he told me to go again to Vodafone care and tommorow is Sunday. So now I think I have to wait at least 4-5 days more for coverting my postpaid to prepaid.
I have been trying to convert my sim to prepaid from atleast a week fuck this bc worst service of Vodafone and one more when Vodafone store executive called to request for postpaid to prepaid the Vodafone employee on other side said that slap him ( means I) so I will not convert my Vodafone postpaid to prepaid.
Now I m gonna port this number to other network.
If they have to reject my request then they should have done this morning or before so that I could have went to the Vodafone store.
- Vodafone thinks that we are free all day if any problem occur go to Vodafone store bc.
