Text of Complaint by Seema Rana:

I had bought a jeans for my daughter who usually wears 28 size. This jeans with size 39 was not fitting her. I had raised request for return on 27th dec and thenpickup was due on 2nd. Flipkart suddenly cancelled the return without any information. While I complained about it, the chat agent was so rude that he disconnected the chat mentioning I was not responding. Worst service by such a big company
