Hi There,

I have ordered a computer desk on June 1st 2020 and while placing the order the promise date was mentioned as 15 June 2020. I have not received on that day and at around 11:48 PM on 15th got a message which says order was delayed and will be delivered on next day.  I spoke to the customer care team members and they said delivery was attempted on 15th but could not be delivered. Later the delivery date was getting extended week by week. Its been more than 50 days and i have not received the product and i dont have the option of cancelling it from my side. I requested the customer care team executive to cancel the order as i could not do it from my side by they dont have the option of cancelling it from their side as well. I have a call back from their seniors many times as it was getting late and there is call back. i have been calling the customer care on a regular basis to know the status but they responded saying because of technical issues they could not track it.

Inview of the current situation i can understand the order is getting delayed but there is absolutely no prominent communication from Flipkart team what so ever and only on the last day i get a message that says order was delayed.

When i spoke to customer care team executives they replied i can cancel the order after 24 hours. I believe as a customer we should have an option of cancelling the product since the issue is not from the customer. Below is the order details.
