Horrible and disgusting service after paying AMC.

we have installed Dr Aquagaurd magna HD RO+UV (NXT). i have been complaining since so long for the product and the customer care executives are just using hit and trials on my filter. The person coming is constantly charging us money on every visit for candles, pump isntallation but we haven’t come to the solution yet. the filter is off since so many days and we have been calling on regular basis.
if we would have known about such poor service and product we would have never chosen eureka forbes. please look into this matter because given your company’s image, we hope for best services instead. we have been fooling by the service person. he doesn’t provide with any receipt but take money everytime. given out product is still
in warranty.
it takes multiple follow-ups to get things done. Technician calls up and commits for a given day time and doesn’t turn up. Stops answering calls. This happens repeatedly. When I call on customer service they have following options:
1. We will escalate (nothing happens after this)
2. We will arrange a call back from backend team (nobody calls back)

Given me faulty Eureka Forbes WDX2 vacuum cleaner & sales man was said while demo this is the new product manufactured in this year but when i was used after demo on 1hrs WDX2 unit not work more that 5 min same informed to sales man since from 19th Oct 2021 have been taking follow-up till date for the issue resolution for newly purchased unit but each and every person is sending contact numbers and giving wrong information…

    Same I was informed on mail as well that machine shutdown within the 5 min and not functioning properly. if required i will share telephone communication recording and what’s app chat as evidence…

    Now I don’t have any trust in this product. Please cancel because of your very poor support for the newly purchased product. Already you know the issues but no one is taking responsibility…..

    I am sure based upon your 15 days support and communication definitely issues with your commitment & guarantee / warranty.
