The address mentioned by me on Zomato app was clear i.e for byculla east and my brother s name adnaan basri alongwith the pincode .
Don’t know from where the syste picked up an unknown address cusrow baug address and created a havoc
Delivery guy has no courtesy said I can’t deliver said talk to customer care then hung up.
Spoke to some lady and their customer care lady cancelled my order and told me to go on chat to get refund.
Spoke to omkar Sunil sonar Zomato chat executive ,who is a irresponsible who couldn’t give me solution but was just beating around the bush and finally disconnected my call and chat stating that the query is resolved.
What kind of service is this ,because of zomato guys my brother’s birthday got spoiled ,had ordered to surprise him but in turn got a lovely surprise from their end.
Have already twitted about the same would try to reach as much social platforms to let people know about your disgraceful service .
Would appreciate if I get a timely response.
