New customer 3oct got a jio connection.. all fake promises done by jio. Facing Disconnectivity issue,slowspeed,high ping, jitter. I am calling jio customer care from 4 Oct. eventime they ask for 1day… now 14days already gone..but my issue is not resolved right now from yesterday my net is not working.. I pitting complaints but without any call or visit. They are closing my complaint. When I ask about refund they are saying refund is not in there policy. Only bad internet, high ping , packet loss, speed issue and customer harassment is in there policy. If your are a streamer or gamer never go with jio fiber.

Our service provider of jio fiber is very bad person. From last four days internet is not working till now. I hav tried many times to contact with the person but he doesn’t receive my call. He has already taken 6 months charges in advance. Please do the needful
