I’m trying to connect a lot of time with customer care to know about my internet as it’s not working and due to this i m not able to work but every time no one is responding.
One girl has picked the call but she told me that she is transferring my call to some sr. person and after 10 sec they cut the call. Is this behavior is correct? If a person is facing this kind of situation.
