I’m using Airtel for the past 2to 3 years at that time it was fine but now the internet which I’m using from Airtel is very worst , and my brother is using Idea and his interest is much more faster then mine and I didn’t know what is the meaning of India’s fastest network , if I call to customers care they are telling that network is less where I’m staying , and it’s not working even in my office which is in Kormangala , and to make clear I’m not in some rural village to get the network issues ,

And in the past couple of days I couldn’t connect to the customer care also .

Please get in to this.
