This is the fifth time I ordered food from Zomato and I received worst quality food which I never expected after paying the whatever amount mentioned on the Zomato app. I am receiving the food which is worse in quality and not fit for human to eat.
On raising concern to Zomato regarding the worst quality I am receiving, every time instead of helping me Zomato is just begging that this is the exception case and we cannot do anything. They are just trying to escape everytime saying that it is an exception case. They are just saying that they cannot do anything then who will do ? . They are only asking me to just give ratings for that restaurant so it will help other customers. But what about me and my money which I have spent using Zomato and received such a bad quality.
I lost 1000 rupess from last month due to third class quality food and Zomato is just not at all helpful in this case. Highly disappointed.
