Hi sir/madam,
I have been ordering food from Swiggy earlier, due to their negligence or careless I will not get my food what I have ordered. So I have changed to Zomato. So I tried ordering my favourite food from Zomato food delivery App, but the same was repeated. Then I came to a conclusion that, its not the problem of delivery app providers. Its the negligence of the restaurant “New Kebab Zone” Bangalore, near electronic city. I seriously request to inspect the hotel and do the needful for the common man or public. In this pandemic situation, who are aloan without family will be ordering online, they should be served properly. We are paying for the food but need to get the same what we have ordered. I hope necessary action will be taken on that hotel who is careless in providing the bad and worst food. thank you in advance.
