I’m new to vodafone. 87 days old. I’m not satisfied with postpaid connection and i want to change to prepaid in the same network. I asked from the executive at 199 and they said you can do it from showroom and i rushed the showroom, they said you can’t change until 120 days. Next i spoke to 198, they said you are elegible to change to prepaid and took a complaint. Complaint team called me and told me to visit the showroom again but they denied again that i can’t move to voda prepaid. Now i informed the 198 and they repeating the same process. Im totally frustated and unhappy with vodafone. Wrong and fake committments and poor customer service.
