I booked a room and the name of the Hotel is The R Blues which was enough money I paid already the money. I have done so much of booking to makemytrip and suddenly i started getting booking of Non AC room and there are no options properly shown in the website that the booked rooms are Non AC room. While reaching hotel we come to know that rooms are non AC. The Hotel R Blues manager informed that they were full and concern department has not shown the roomsare full on the website. Also in the hotel there are no lifts were available as well as intercom telephone lines were not working so once you are in the room you can not contact anyone or you have to come all the way down at the reception.
