Text of Complaint by Abhinaw Vikash:

For my airtel hotspot 4G device I tried to made payment through my SBI online banking. The payment was successful on SBI page but while redirecting to  airtel.in website the session was expired. My account had been debited for Rs 999 on 16th Sep 2018. I have confirmed with SBI they told me that merchant confirmed them a successful transaction.

I am coordinating with airtel customer support from 16 September. I have already provided my bank statement details to nodalofficer.del@airtel.in No one is helping me.

 

Want Immediate action.
