I raised a complaint 2 months ago for a replacement of broken hydraulic and door of voltas top load full automatic washing machine considering it should be part of warranty as the product is in warranty but from that I neither received a proper response nor any follow up from there side. Whenever we tried escalating matter they gave a person and if we call he only respond for once’s or twice and after he is not picking call. Within that person some technician came to home and went back without answering what next.
In brief nothing is working when called customer care they respond that we will raise to senior management but nothing happens.
