I have registered my complaint 4 months back. And i have made several complaints as well on same issue. Also i had already made the advance payment in the month of November which has not been updated in my records for which i already made the request. Irrespective of which Vodafone have suspended my services.
I registered my complaint 4 months back and made 10-12 follow up complaints regarding same. The matter still remains unresolved every time I was promised that my complaint was resolved within 48 hours. Everytime false commitment from Vodafone, now Vodafone pushing customer further by forcing me to make payment to restore services without resolving the issue. In between Vodafone restricted my outgoing calls from month of January.
