Order no 2012355585 I’m generally not pissed with zomato coz everytime i chat my issue gets resolved.
This night i placed an order with classic at 11 pm and i kept on checking and chat it showed waiting for a valet. It prompted would you like to call classic. I did. Classic answered in a rudest way that madam cancel your order coz we dont have any delivery person following which i cancelled the order and it showed that you have been charged cancellation order for the whole amount as your food was ready. Are you kidding me? Do you and your listed merchants work on one page? Then i again went to chat and i had opportunity to chat with your worst employee ever called “sanjay” who denied to tell his full name even. Says i need to email you for this pity issue. So at 12.45 i am having to write this frustrated email just to get my money back for an order which i never received. He had not intentions to reply. I’m sure you give your emplyees such empowerment that he could actually call the classic ice cream parlour to find out what happened and just refunded my money but he was in no intention to help. He did not put his manager on the line when asked. Zomato is just becoming money minded giving idiotic other promotions and offers but lacking on basic customer service and i am highly disappointed on this situation. I dont care about the money now but how you guys wasted my time and temper says it all that you guys are just pathetic.
