I was trying to set callertune. Initially the app led me to recharge for mobile balance, and I did for 100 bucks. Then It led me to recharge for callertunes services, and I did that as well for 78bucks.
After all these, I got a message from service provider saying “We are unable to process your request right now. Please try again later”.
Then I reached customer care executive, they said you requested is in suspended mode and I will activate now. But nothing happened. I waited for a week, no response. Again I reached CC executive, they said I have taken your request and you will be receiving a message and just reply with 1 to the number. I did, but got same message from service provider.
Later I emailed to vodafone support, and they said they are still working on the issue. Bluddy how long they will take , and by the time the recharge validity made for callertune will get expired.
Now when I tried reaching customer complaint, and they are not even picking.
Worst customer services I have ever seen.
