Text of Complaint by Sudarmani:

I want to cancel an order on Quikr. I paid for an used laptop. It is coming from Mumbai to Chennai. As it is an inter city order, i cannot return it after checking the product as per their terms.

Since i came to know about this, i have been following up with them to cancel the order better it’s picked up for a week now.

But their irresponsible poor customer care service doesn’t care about any of this. They will be charging me 200 rs for refusing the delivery it seems.

I’m ok with even that but still they are not cancelling. The seller seems to be a fake seller too. No response from him but he is just sending something. I don’t want to waste any more time on this. But Quikr customer care is useless.

They have a separate department doorstep to handle almost anything you say but you can’t call them directly. Give a call and they will call back never forever. Their whatsapp chat useless, bazaar mail id useless. Twitter handle useless.

Everything in the hand of doorstep team but they don’t care. They don’t guarantee anything or care about the customer. They don’t even respond. The worst service have ever seen.
