I booked bus on 30 January nashik to bangalore
Time-1:30 from nashik road
My bus was 8 hours late at my destination it was broken down and stopped working I was in bus for almost 30 hours and the actual time between boarding and departure is 18 hours.
We suffered a lot due to this because AC and everything stopped working and bus is standing for 3-4 hours two theee times in the travel duration no proper food stoppage Timing and no proper washroom stoppage worst experience ever due to this delay
The bus needs to arrive at destination at 9:30 am and it was at destination at evening around 5-5:30
I lost my important work and faced alot of mental trauma
They are also charging in excess as bangalore to nasik I went in 1300 rupees only several times
Charging so much and providing worst services
Worst dirty bus condition and congested not able to sleep properly
I need my refund for the ticket Amount Rs.2500
They are charging so much
