Dear Fraudulent Teams,
I have taken the New Broadband Internet Connection on Jan 3rd 2019 with a plan of 1199 for which i have paid 7788/- including GST.
In the month of April i got my house shifted to a new location which was 2 kms away from my old house.
I have raised the shifting request on 16th April and after 10 days only the connection was made live and shifting charges have been waived along with ten days compensation.
After the connection was made live,I got my plan changed to 699/- without any intimation from your team. From there on i had called the customer care and spoke to the supervisor continuously but until now my problem had not been solved.
Ideally my validity is till Jul 2nd but currently you are asking me to pay 1170/-.
Actually you should be paying me the difference in the amount for changing the plan and also you have cancelled my Amazon prime which was valid for one year, please note that it is Airtel Team who has changed the plan and not me.
Question here is “Why the Hell you are sucking the money from customers pocket?”
From April 16th to Jun 2nd, calculate the difference in the plan change and settle me that and I cannot pay anything more and I need uninterrupted services till Jun2nd along with Amazon prime.
In case if you are not able to pay the differential amount of around 1300, extend the validity till August end.
