Hi, I ordered food from Shareiff Bhai restaurant outlet in (Egatoor). Since it is Thursday, most of my colleagues don’t eat non-veg. We ordered 2 veg gravy’s along with one non-veg gravy. Instead the order we received was 2 non-veg chicken gravy and one mixed veg gravy which we never ordered. We asked for a refund as this wasn’t our mistake and I had asked the agent on chat to call us. The agent who called us was (Adhya Singh) and she was with so much attitude & the was so disrespectful. I want this to be escalated and taken into consideration of disrespectful behavior by a customer service chat agent. This is so bad and not acceptable at all.
