I am residential address is
Society – Gurgaon One, sector 84,gurgaon
I am facing a big issue in mobile network with facing issues like
– no signal
– if connected ,no voice from either side
– call dropping
– issue in connectivity
I had been calling ur customer care and asking from resolution but no response
Apart from my compete society is facing issue in connectivity
There are approximately 400 people in my society and neibhour society ‘coral wood ‘ with approx 500 people ‘also facing the same issue
Many a times they had raised compliment individually but still no resolution
If required I can share all no. Of society with respective flat no.
But ur action and support required to increase the signal quality ASAP
either we would be left with no option other that to shift to another brand
