Since the day, I took my first booking from them, I realized that I have committed the biggest mistake of my life. These people talk about service but their only role is to book hotels. The worst part is they always offer worst properties. You will be going for a vacation and expect at least a decent hotel stay from these people, but they will offer only the worst, shitty properties which you will never book on your own. The toilets and beds in these properties are worst than what you get in trains and bus stands. And, they are so shameless that they will not try to improve. Adding to it, they had told that they are registered with some central body and they have not been able to share the proof till date. My 1.27L plus the AMC, all are going waste. PLEASE REFRAIN.
